The “dot matcha” trend is a new wave of aesthetic matcha drinks going viral on TikTok and Instagram, where matcha lattes are finished with dot sprinkles that sit on top of the drink. It creates a rainbow layer on top that’s good for ASMR and also visually appealing. I didn’t have cream for the cream top so I had to be creative and used cookies and creams ice-cream and laughing cow cheese!
Ingredients:
- Cookies and cream icecream
- Laughing cow cheese
- Matcha powder
- Milk
- Sugar to taste
- Dot sprinkles
Instructions:
- Whisk the cookies and cream icecream and laughing cow cheese until thickens, this is the topping so the dot sprinkles can sit on top.
- Prepare matcha.
- Put the cookies and cream topping on top.
- Pour dot sprinkles.
